Our Broad General Education phase has a clear purpose - to provide the breadth and depth of education so our young people have the knowledge and skills they will need to thrive now and in the future.

The senior phase of Curriculum for Excellence lasts from S4 to S6 (from around ages 15 to 18). It follows a young person's broad general education, building firmly on the Experiences and Outcomes they will have experienced and achieved to end of S3.

Our new academic session will commence on Monday 27th May. Pupils in S1-S3 will move up a year on this date and will receive their new timetable by Friday 24th May. Pupils in S4/S5 will move up a year on Monday 3rd June and can pick up their new personal timetables on Thursday 30th/ Friday 31st May or on their return Monday 3rd June. If we can distribute timetables quicker we will groupcall an update to you.
