Following the arrival of your exam results you may decide to change your choice of courses for the year ahead. If this is the case then please complete this online proforma to indicate the changes you would like to make.

To complete this form you must answer ALL of the questions.
Questions 5 - 10 correspond to the course options available in columns A - F from the whole school course choice sheet.
Mrs Bulloch will review all requests on the 8th August. Earlier submissions will not be reviewed until then. Any submissions after the 8th August will be reviewed on our return to school.
While we will do our best to accommodate every request, further meetings will be required for students who find the courses they now wish to study in session 2024-25 are full or not appropriate.
