Languages Faculty: Celebrating Student Achievement
In the English, Drama and Languages Faculty, we believe that recognising success is essential to building confidence, motivation and a love of learning. We celebrate achievement in a variety of meaningful ways, ensuring students feel valued for their effort, progress and creativity.
Our staff regularly share positive feedback through systems such as praise postcards, positive emails and celebratory phone calls home. In the classroom, students can earn awards and rewards that highlight their contributions, resilience and enthusiasm. We also offer book tokens for our popular vending machine, giving students a fun and tangible way to enjoy the rewards of their hard work.
Across all three subjects, our aim is to notice, encourage and celebrate every step our learners take as they grow into confident communicators and imaginative thinkers.
