• Adapt agenda pro forma for DMs which have CORE/ Learning visits standing item for discussion
• Creation & pilot planning tool to be used by PTC and staff in developing schemes of work using CORE
• Implement cover consistency for planned absence
• Complete learning rounds in all 3 science departments in BGE or SP
• Introduce and embed peer observations
• Establish leadership roles within the faculty & establish remit related to this
• Have 2 faculty meetings led by science staff with specific focus on CORE and SP assignments

Teachers demonstrate increased confidence in applying strategies to promote inclusion, wellbeing and equity to meet learners' needs.

• Staff attend 'managing difficult conversations CLPL
• CLPL will follow with DMs where we establish what will be taken forward at faculty level
• Establish positive recognition system within science to promote positive behaviour
• Create more opportunities for pupils to demonstrate understanding through homework activities in BGE and
• Identify best practises using course comparator value/ adapt timeline to improve assignment component scores

Our shared understanding of progression enables our young people to achieve in their learning.

• Relaunch pupil parliament with clearly established roles and responsibilities
• Complete learning rounds utilising pupil parliament focussing on 'reflection on learning
• Audit current practises in 'reflection on learning' to bring in line with CORE practises
