The following Girls represented the school and attended '#girlsmeasbusiness' event at Howden Park Centre yesterday morning Thursday 5 October hosted by WLC Developing the Young Workforce (DYW).

The aim of this event was to increase visibility of female business leaders and entrepreneurs to female pupils and inspire an increasingly determined and ambitious generation of women in industry.
Pupils listened to various speeches from many inspirational leaders and entrepreneurs including Linda Scott, (Chief Executive of West Lothian Chamber of Commerce, Director of Scottish Chambers and Business Consultant) and Jackie Galbraith (Principal & Chief Executive of West Lothian College).
This event was great and pupils left feeling more informed and inspired about their future career pathways.
