Linlithgow Academy Theatre offers local community organisations, societies and associations - as well as individuals - a high quality arts facility, with full disabled access, ideally suited to dance, drama or theatre, film, music, opera or traditional Scottish art forms.

The main auditorium is a 350-seat theatre equipped with quality sound/light facilities and additional flexible space for large scale business meetings, conferences, shows and festivals. Extra services such as equipment hire, reception, catering, cleaning and janitorial services are available on request.

From children's theatre to opera, classic black and white films to live jazz the Linlithgow Academy Theatre has a wide ranging programme of amateur and professional productions which run throughout the year and offers events and performances suitable for everyone whatever their age.

Linlithgow Academy has extensive car parking facilities with easy access to the M8 and M9 motorways. The railway station in this historic burgh is well served by trains as on the main Edinburgh to Glasgow line.

We also accept private bookings from individual members of the public for special celebrations such as weddings, dinners and anniversaries as well as other events.

• Monday - Friday during term time - after school up to 10 pm or by agreement
• Monday - Friday Christmas, Easter and Summer holidays - by agreement
• Saturday 9 am - 2 pm or as agreed
• Sunday 9 am - 2 pm or as agreed
