Keep a daily journal to record, thoughts, positives, mood, stress levels.

Planning for Choices & Change | Log or Create an Account on My World of Work | My World of Work where there are job profiles, questionnaires, videos, a CV builder etc to support with exploring positive destinations
Interview an adult you know or research a celebrity on the job that they do, how they got into the job, essential and desirable skills they need for this role, previous employment etc.
Research a job and explore what pathways there are to this job, what qualifications or experience is requirement, what does the role involve, salary, benefits and challenges
Create a monthly budget plan with a set income. Work out utilities (e.g. gas, rent/mortgage), transport, food, leisure etc.

Keep a diary on sleep and dream journal
Keep track of how many hours are spent on devices and certain apps. Challenge yourself to cut down on these and monitor use each week. |
Substance Misuse | Explore the Talk to Frank website on Honest information about drugs | FRANK where you can develop your knowledge and understanding about substances, its effects and the law.
Play this free online game Pure Rush: Online Game - Positive Choices to learn about the effects drugs can have and avoiding them.
Look up an advertisement on alcohol, energy drinks or vapes. Who is it aimed at? What is the message behind it? How might it influence young people? Is it realistic and why? What are the actual risks?
Create a new campaign poster showing dangers of either alcohol, energy drinks or vapes. |
Relationships, Sexual Health & Parenthood | Create a mindmap on the different relationships of support you have. Consider family, friends, school staff, extra-curricular groups. Reflect on how these people may support you throughout life.
