One of the online learning platforms that we are using is Microsoft Teams. In the current times of school closures this platform is being widely accessed, not just from our school but worldwide, and there are occasions when users are having problems either logging on or using some of the functions. This is generally down to the saturation of use and so here are some tips on accessing Teams when this happens.
1. We recommend to all users that you use the Teams Desktop App as first option, and this can be downloaded from here: https://products.office.com/en-gb/microsoft-teams/download-app. The app can be installed on either Windows, Mac, Android or iOS.
You will need your glow username (and password) to login to the desktop app and this will be in the format email@example.com
2. Access Teams from Glow via the internet browser Chrome.
3. Access Teams from Glow via a different internet browser eg Internet Explorer or Firefox.
4. If still unable to access Teams then try on a different device.
